The Profitmaster e-commerce software has been written with Business-to-Business in mind.

Unlike Business-to-Consumer sites, where there are pictures everywhere, we feel that business users will want to get their job done quickly and simply. The web order page is therefore clean, and clearly laid out.

Also, the add-to-cart model does not fit a business environment well. Most business users know the products they want to order, and our research indicates that they prefer a multi-line order layout - similar to their internal ordering software.

However, searches are possible should the product not be known. Pop-up pictures and technical information are both available.

Each customer will commence the order by keying his account number and password; or alternatively a Guest login is available.

Web based sales

The reliability of the information on display is a crucial element in the take-up of your web ordering system. Therefore, data on product price and availability is constantly refreshed so that your clients see the up-to-date position.

On-line orders are added directly into Profitmaster’s sales order system, without any operator intervention and are passed automatically to the warehouse for picking.

Web Orders are also specifically identified, so that you can compare the level of web orders against your other sales procedures.
