As the Internet has evolved over the last few years, more and more businesses have taken a keen interest in providing their customers with 24 hour ordering via the Internet. This is more commonly known as E-commerce.

Profitmaster has developed a flexible on-line ordering system which integrates into our highly powerful sales order processing module. On-line orders automatically arrive into the sales order system, with no further operator intervention, and are passed directly to the warehouse for picking.

Many of the excellent features in Profitmaster have been duplicated in the on-line ordering to make placing an order simple, whilst providing as much or as little information on your product range as you desire. As with the internal sales order routines, pop-up product pictures and datasheets are available.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is often demanded by large organisations who want to send purchase orders electronically, and receive their invoices back in the same way.
