Technical Support Analyst

Applicants must have at least 2 years experience of working within a support environment. You will be able to work on your own initiative. Experience of some of the following is essential:

• System Administration
  • Redhat Linux, SCO OpenServer and/or AIX
  • Installation of Windows 9x / NT / 2k & XP
  • Microsoft Office + other Office applications
• Internet
  • Configuration of Apache & MySQL.
  • Server side scripting using PHP, Perl or Shell
  • HTML, XML and client side scripting in Javascript
• Hardware
  • PC installation & support
  • Networking
    

Trainer / Analyst

The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of 2 years experience training end users on Wholesale/Distribution or Accountancy packages.

We offer both UNIX and Windows software solutions, so experience in one or other is essential. You will be a self-motivated, ambitious individual who achieves high standards at all times.

A clean driving licence is essential as travel within the UK will be required.
